FoST regularly organizes interactive training workshops and seminars for community members and schools to educate the public on the need for sustainable technologies. Workshops include:

• The use of existing devices;
• Awareness of natural resources;
• How to build sustainable devices from locally available materials; and
• Small business development and technical training.
• Demonstrations of sustainable devices in action
• Solar lunches

FoST is also working to publish a database of technical information on sustainable technologies. We also provide technical assistance and advice on sustainable technology to other government and non-governmental agencies.
